බණ්ඩාරගම, අටලූගම ප‍්‍රදේශයේ කොරෝනා රෝගය වැළඳී ඇතැයි සැකකරන පිරිසක් මෙසේ කි‍්‍රයාකරන බවට ලැබෙන තොරතුරු අනුව කිසියම් සංවිධානාත්මක කල්ලියක් ජනතාව නොමඟ යවන බවට තොරතුරු ලැබෙමින් පවතින බවද පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය ප‍්‍රකාශකවරයා කීය.
මේ අතර, බණ්ඩාරගම ඇතුළු හුදෙකලා කර ඇති ප‍්‍රදේශවල ජනතාවට පී. සී. ආර්. පරීක්‍ෂණ සඳහා යොමුවන ලෙසට සෞඛ්‍ය බලධාරීන් දැනුවත් කළහොත් එයට අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම යොමුවන ලෙසටද හෙතෙම ඉල්ලීමක් කළේය.
එසේ යොමු නොවන්නේ නම් දේශද්‍රෝහීන් ලෙස සලකා ඔවුන්ට නිරෝධායන නීතිය යටතේ නඩු පවරන බවත්, ඊට අමතරව ඔවුන්ගේ දේපළද තහනම් කිරීමටද කටයුතු යොදන බවත් පොලිස් මාධ්‍ය ප‍්‍රකාශකවරයා කීය.
