එහිදී ස්නායු රෝග විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය දර්ශන සිරිසේන මහතාගේ නායකත්වයෙන් යුත් සාමාජිකයින් 11 දෙනෙකුගෙන් සමන්විත විධායක සභාවක් හා 25 දෙනෙකුගෙන් සමන්විත මධ්‍යම කාරක සභාවක් නිතරගයෙන් තේරී පත් විය.
මෙවර විධායක සභාව තුල නවක මුහුණු රාශියක් දක්නට ලැබීම විශේෂ ලක්ෂණයකි. සභාපති ධුරය දරණ විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය දර්ශන සිරිසේන මහතා ඇතුලු අති බහුතරයක් වූ විධායක සභිකයන්, අවසන් වරට පැවති විධායක සභාව නියෝජනය නොකිරීම කැපී පෙනෙයි.
නව විධායක සභාව ලෙස රජයේ වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරින්ගේ සංගමය නැවුම් දිශානතියක් කරා රැගෙන යාමට ප්‍රතිඥා දෙමු. ඒ හරහා සංගම් ඉතිහාසයේ අලුත් පරිච්ඡේදයක් සටහන් කිරිමට කටයුතු කරමු.
ඉදිරි වර්ෂයක කාලය තුල රජයේ වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරින්ගේ සංගමයේ ගමන් මග තීරණය කිරීම සදහා වු දස වැදැරුම් ප්‍රතිපත්තිමය වැඩ පිලිවෙලක් නව විධායක සභාව මගින් සකස් කර ඇත.
1. නිර්දේශපාලනික ගමන් මගක් ඔස්සේ සංගමයේ කටයුතු ඉදිරියටත් මෙහෙයවනු ඇත.
2. මහජන අපේක්ෂාවන්ට නිසි ගෞරවය ලබා දෙන අතරතුර, සාමාජිකත්වයේ සුභ සාධනය හා අවශ්‍යතා සදහා වෘත්තිය සමිතියක් ලෙස ප්‍රමුඛතාවය ලබා දෙනු ඇත.
3. අදාල ක්ෂේත්‍ර වල විශේෂඥයින්ගේ මතයට හා තාක්ෂණික දැනුමට හැකි සෑම විටම ගරු කරනු ඇත.
4. සංගමය තුල අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදය තහවුරු කරනු ඇත. අදහස් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමේ අයිතියට ගරු කරනු ඇත.
5. සියලු වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරි කාණ්ඩ සදහා (විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍යවරුන්, පරිපාලන ශ්‍රේණියේ වෛද්‍යවරුන් හා ශ්‍රේණි වෛද්‍යවරුන්) වෘත්තීය අභිමානයෙන් යුතුව කටයුතු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය පරිසරය නිර්මාණය කරනු ඇත.
6. සමාජ මාධ්‍ය භාවිතා කිරීම හුදෙක් තොරතුරු හුවමාරු කර ගැනිම සදහා පමණක් සීමා කිරීමට හැකි සෑම උත්සාහයක්ම දරණු ඇත.
7. ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වල පාරදෘශ්‍යභාවය තහවුරු කෙරෙන වැඩපිලිවෙලක් එළිදැක්වෙනු ඇත.

10. වර්තමානයේ රටක් ලෙස අප සියලු දෙනා මුහුණ දෙන අර්බුදකාරි තත්ත්වයෙන් ගොඩ ඒම සදහා කෙටි කාලීන හා දිගු කාලීන යෝජනා සකස් කොට අදාල සියලු පාර්ශව සමග ඒවා ප්‍රායෝගිකව ක්‍රියාත්මක කිිරිම සදහා සහයෝගීතාවයෙන් යුක්තව කටයුතු කරනු ඇත.
මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිමය රාමුවකින් යුත් වැඩ පිලිවෙල හරහා සංගමයේ අති බහුතරයක් වූ සාමාජිකත්වයේ අපේක්ෂාවන් මෙන්ම සංගමය කෙරෙහි ඇති පොදු ජනතාවගේ අපේක්ෂාවන් යථාර්තයක් බවට පත් කිරීමට හැකි වනු ඇති බව නව විධායක සභාව ලෙස තරයේ විශ්වාස කරමු.
