නමුත් ජනාධිපතිතුමා එම ඉල්ලා අස්වීම පිළිගත්තේ නැත. දීර්ඝ සාකච්චා වට දෙකකින් පසු අප එකඟ වූයේ ඉදිරියේදී වඩාත් සාධනීය වෙනස්කම් රජය තුල සිදුවීමට කාලය ලබාදෙමින් අප බාරගත් වගකීම ඉටුකල යුතුය යන්නය.
