ඉපයූ ආදායමෙන් වියදම පියවා ගැනීමට නොහැකිවීමෙන් 2019 වසරේදී මෙන්ම ඊට පෙර වසරවලදීද මේ හා සමාන මුදලක් මධ්‍යම රජය විසින් පළාත් සභා වෙනුවෙන් දරා ඇති බව 2019 මහ බැංකු වාර්තාව පෙන්වා දේ. විසුරුවා හැරීමට පෙර පළාත් සභාවල වියදමට වඩා විසුරුවීමෙන් පසුව පළාත් සභාවල වියදම රුපියල් කෝටි 16,341 කින් වැඩිවීම විශේෂත්වයකි.
2019 වසරේදී පළාත් සභා විසින් උපයා ඇති සමස්ත ආදායම රුපියල් කෝටි 8982 ක් බව මහ බැංකු වාර්තාව පෙන්වා දෙයි. රුපියල් කෝටි 8114 ක බදු ආදායමෙන් සහ රුපියල් කෝටි 868 ක බදු නොවන ආදායමෙන් එම සමස්ත ආදායම සමන්විතවී ඇත.
2019 වසරේ පළාත් සභාවල සමස්ත වියදම රුපියල් කෝටි 30,860 කි. ආදායම හා වියදම අතර වෙනස රුපියල් කෝටි 21,878 කි. මධ්‍යම රජය මෙම වෙනස පියවා ගැනීමට උරදේ. වසරේ පුනරාවර්තන වියදම රුපියල් කෝටි 27,621 කි. ප්‍රාග්ධන වියදම රුපියල් කෝටි 3239 කි.
බස්නාහිර, වයඹ සහ මධ්‍යම යන පළාත් සභා තුන 2019 දී විශාල වශයෙන් වියදම් දැරූ පළාත් සභා බවට පත්ව ඇත.
